1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with the Asia Book of Records platform, submitting a record claim, or browsing our directory, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Record Application and Adjudication

• Accuracy of Evidence: All evidence (videos, photos, documents, witness statements) submitted for a record claim must be 100% authentic. Submitting forged or manipulated evidence will result in a permanent ban.
• Adjudication Process: The decision of the Asia Book of Records Adjudication Committee is final and binding. We reserve the right to reject any application if it does not meet our strict verification standards.
• Safety Guidelines: Asia Book of Records does not encourage any attempts that are dangerous, illegal, or harmful to humans, animals, or the environment. All records must be attempted in a safe and controlled environment.

3. Intellectual Property

The "Asia Book of Records" name, logo, website design, and all published content (including the annual record book) are the exclusive intellectual property of the organization. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding without explicit written permission.

4. Title Usage by Record Holders

Successful applicants are granted a non-exclusive license to use the title "Asia Book of Records Title Holder" strictly in relation to the specific record they have set. You may not use the logo to endorse commercial products without prior authorization.

5. Modification of Records

Records are meant to be broken. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove a record from our active directory if a new applicant successfully surpasses the existing achievement following our official guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asia Book of Records and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or financial losses incurred during a record attempt. Participants attempt records entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring adequate safety measures.
